What is a Myriad? A unique composition of photos to create another image.
What can this idea be used for? A myriad poster can be a truly personalized art piece for your home. A myriad magnet for your refridgerator or car can be used for a variety of eye catching ideas. Myriad logos will catch another curious glance from people when they take a closer look. Photographers can promote their business name with a myriad poster composed of their own photos. Another more serious use for these photographic mosaics is to memorialize a loved one. Photographs often are a way to remember others; A mosaic made with their photos is a special way to incorporate their photographs.
To create a myriad, a large number of photos are needed to make up the image. Myriads can be made of all stock photos- flowers and other random images- in which case, only one photo would be needed from you. The one photo would be the image these stock photos will assemble to look like.

You can also get a mix; You choose one photo that you would like the Myriad to look like, then, send about 300 of your own photos. The smaller photos would then be a mix of stock photos, and the photos you sent.
If you want the Myriad to be entirely made up of your own personal photos, at least 1000 will be needed. Usually this means using the photos from an engagement photo shoot, or, your wedding photos.
A logo myriad:
The cost of a myriad depends on which option you go with. This cost includes a mailed CD with the file of the Myriad. (This file would be too large to email). Option 1: One photo of your own for the main image. We use stock photos for all the little photos to make your myriad. $30 Option 2: One photo of your own for the main image, plus, around 300 of your own photos. We use stock photo and your 300 to create the myriad. $50 Option 3: One photo of your own for the main image, plus 1000 of your own photos to create the myriad. $70

   Contact me with any questions you have. Photos would need to be submitted via either a mailed in CD or dropped off via FTP (you would need to be familiar with an FTP program). If choosing only one photo for the myriad, to be made of stock images, this can be emailed. I will need to review your submitted files and desired image to see if things will work. If you deposit $10, a small preview, with a watermark, could be emailed to you before purchase. This would be a non-refundable deposit.
